Disclaimer

Please read this before relying on anything published on this website for a live project.

General information only

The material on this website is published by Webuild Transit Private Limited for general information about the practice. It is not a design, a specification, a method statement, a safety instruction, or an opinion on a particular site.

Infrastructure work depends on surveys, investigations, codes, statutory clearances, commercial terms and the actual condition of the ground. None of that can be replaced by a web page.

No duty of care from browsing

Publication of this website does not create a duty of care to visitors. A duty of care, if any, arises only under a written appointment that defines scope, standard of care and liability.

Telephone conversations and meetings held before an appointment are exploratory. They should not be treated as approved recommendations.

Projects, clients and photography

Project names, lengths, statuses and client identities are shown only where we are prepared to discuss them in public. Some images are representative of a type of work rather than a photograph of the named corridor or building. Where an image is representative, the caption says so.

Do not reproduce project photography, drawings, or data from this site in a bid, press note, or statutory filing without written confirmation from Webuild.

Accreditations and claims

ISO certificates, DPIIT recognition, Udyam registration, CIN and GSTIN are stated from documents held by the company. The scope, locations and validity dates on the certificate itself always control. If a certificate expires or the scope changes, the public page will be updated.

External links and maps

Map links and third-party sites are provided as a convenience. Webuild is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Webuild accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on this website without a separate written appointment. This disclaimer should be read with the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
